Defective Returns

Qualify if: defective, wrong item, missing parts, or damaged.

Inspect within 48 hours. Provide: order confirmation, item number, QTY, photos/video.

Within 30 days: refund or exchange. After 30 days: manufacturer's warranty applies.

At SHAMANDA, we value every single homeowner who chooses to use our products. Please read carefully as this concerns your rights and obligations once you have purchased and used our products. From the moment you purchase our products, we provide a 1-year warranty service for customers. SHAMANDA will replace “free of charge” any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use.

Please note: The 1-year warranty service is only for faucets and shower products. Bathtubs, Bathroom Vanities and Bath Accessories are not covered by this warranty service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY REQUEST

• Online order detail required: Must be clear to read with purchase date, model number, and store name.
• A brief description of the issue: To provide the diagnosis from the owner or a professional.
• Images and videos: These will be required when the issue relates to a mechanical or workmanship defect. (Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”).
• Shipping Information: Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable.
