At Shamanda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@shamanda.com first.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be rejected upon delivery to our returns center.

2. Return Conditions

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unused, uninstalled, and non-assembled condition.

Packaging: Must include original tags and all original packaging.

Completeness: No pieces or parts should be missing.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs if no quality issues are involved.

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee from your refund if the item is not in its original packaging/condition or has been damaged.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Log In: Access your account on our website.

Find Order: Go to ‘My Order’ and click the ‘Return’ button.

Submit Request: Select the goods you need to return, choose the reason, and submit.

Package the Item: Ensure all parts are placed back in the original packaging.

Ship Out: Use a trackable shipping method. Provide us with the tracking number and carrier name. (Untrackable returns may delay your refund).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance items

Customized items

Flash Deals

Offline purchases (items or parts not listed on our website)

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Unauthorized returns (any items sent back without prior approval)

5. Refund Information

Credit Card Refunds: Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks: Please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company during the return process. Resolving chargeback disputes takes significantly longer than our standard return process. If you experience an unusual delay, contact us directly for assistance.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with issues, please report them to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Qualifying Scenarios:

Item has a defect, is faulty, or malfunctions.

Incorrect item was received.

Missing part(s).

Damaged during shipping.

What to Provide: Please email us a copy of your original order confirmation, the item number/quantity of the defective product, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Within 30 Days: We will provide a refund, exchange, or replacement according to your preference.

After 30 Days: Defects found after the 30-day window will be directed to the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Supplemental Terms

Damaged Items: Refers specifically to items damaged during transit. Do not discard the item or its original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages: If a delivery is refused for any reason or is undeliverable due to an invalid address, the customer will be charged a penalty, which may include extra shipping charges and handling fees.
