Asia: Singapore, Japan, etc.

2. Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification if there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipping Estimates

Standard Delivery: In most cases, orders will be delivered within 3–6 business days.

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) normally within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's official website.

5. Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Orders are not eligible for cancellations once they have been shipped out.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@shamanda.com before you receive the shipping confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shamanda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. * All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

7. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at service@shamanda.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or a claim.
