Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do waterfall faucets always splash water everywhere, or is it just bad sink matching?
A common concern with waterfall faucets is splashing, but this largely depends on the spout design and sink depth. Our faucet features a specially engineered waterfall spout designed for a quiet, no-splash water flow, providing a relaxing view and mood. To ensure the best experience and zero splashing, please check the depth of your sink and ensure a proper fit before installation.
2. Will this fit my standard US bathroom vanity? I already have three holes drilled in my counter.
Yes! This is a 3-hole deck-mount faucet ideal for modern decor. It works perfectly with standard bathroom cabinets, washbasins, RVs, and vanities. It also comes with 9/16-24 UNEF connectors, which are the standard size for US plumbing, making it highly compatible with your existing setup.
3. Are the water supply lines included, or do I need to make a trip to the hardware store?
Everything you need is included in the box. The faucet comes with two 50 cm stainless steel braided hot and cold supply hoses. These hoses are cUPC certified for safety and quality, so you won't need to purchase separate lines.
4. Is it safe to use for daily teeth brushing and face washing? I worry about cheap metals.
Absolutely safe. The main body of the faucet is constructed from premium solid brass. It is completely safe for your family's daily washing needs and features a rust-resistant finish to keep it looking clean and new.
5. How hard is it to adjust the temperature with two separate knobs?
Adjusting the water is smooth and effortless. Our dual knob handles are designed for the precise and easy adjustment of both water flow and temperature. You can easily dial in your perfect warm water mix.
6. Will the handles get stiff or squeaky after a few months of use?
No, the handles are built for longevity. Inside the dual knobs are high-quality ceramic disc cartridges that have been rigorously tested to survive over 500,000 on/off cycles without damage. They will remain smooth and easy to turn for years.
7. I've bought cheap faucets before where the hoses leaked under the sink. Are these connections secure?
We understand the frustration of under-sink leaks. That is why our faucet utilizes premium, cUPC-certified stainless steel braided hoses. Furthermore, it features a quick-connect hose design specifically engineered for fast, secure DIY installation, drastically reducing the risk of leaks compared to standard screw-on fittings.
8. What happens if the faucet stops working or the cartridge breaks shortly after buying it?
While our solid brass construction and 500,000-cycle ceramic cartridges are exceptionally durable and built to last, we stand by our product's quality. Your purchase is fully protected by a 1-year warranty to give you complete peace of mind.
