VIEW INSTALLATION MANUALFrequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about water flow, simultaneous use, installation, spray settings, and everyday use.
Can I use the rainfall shower head and handheld shower at the same time?
Yes. The 3-way water diverter allows you to use the rainfall shower head only, the handheld shower only, or both shower heads together. When both are used at the same time, the available water flow is distributed between the two outlets.
Will using two shower heads reduce water pressure?
Using both shower outlets at the same time may reduce the flow available to each shower head because the water is divided between them. For a more concentrated water flow, use either the rainfall shower head or handheld shower individually. Actual performance depends on your home's water pressure and plumbing.
How do I switch between the rainfall shower and handheld shower?
Use the 3-way water diverter to select the rainfall shower head, handheld shower, or both together. The diverter provides a simple way to change the water outlet according to your shower routine.
What spray settings are included?
The shower system provides five spray settings: Power Rain, Massage, Stay-Warm Mist, Water-Saving Economy Rain, and Pause. These options allow you to choose a spray pattern based on your preferred shower experience.
Is the handheld shower useful for rinsing shampoo and cleaning?
Yes. The handheld shower provides targeted water flow that is useful for rinsing shampoo, bathing children, reaching hard-to-rinse areas, and cleaning the shower space.
How long is the included shower hose?
The system includes a 59-inch stainless steel shower hose, providing flexible reach for handheld showering, rinsing, and everyday cleaning.
Can I install this dual shower system myself?
Installation may be suitable for DIY replacement when your existing plumbing and connections are compatible. Because this set includes a shower valve and diverter components, installation may require plumbing work. If your installation requires changes to in-wall plumbing or waterproofing, professional installation is recommended.
What should I check if the water flow is weak after installation?
First, check that the shower connections, diverter, hose, and valve are installed correctly. Also check the inlet and spray nozzles for debris or buildup and verify your home's water pressure. If both shower heads are being used at the same time, switching to one outlet may provide a more concentrated flow.
How do I clean the shower spray nozzles?
The shower heads feature rub-clean spray jets for easier routine maintenance. Gently rub the spray nozzles with your fingers to help remove mineral buildup and keep the water outlets flowing properly.
What is included with the shower system?
The complete set includes a rainfall shower head, handheld shower, 3-way water diverter with anti-swivel lock nut, angle-adjustable overhead bracket, shower handle, shower valve, 59-inch stainless steel shower hose, plumber's tape, and washers.
