At SHAMANDA, we value every single homeowner who chooses to use our products. Please read carefully as this concerns your rights and obligations once you have purchased and used our products. From the moment you purchase our products, we provide a 1-year warranty service for customers. SHAMANDA will replace “free of charge” any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use.

Please note: The 1-year warranty service is only for faucets and shower products. Bathtubs, Bathroom Vanities and Bath Accessories are not covered by this warranty service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY REQUEST

  • Online order detail required: Must be clear to read with purchase date, model number, and store name.
  • A brief description of the issue: To provide the diagnosis from the owner or a professional.
  • Images and videos: These will be required when the issue relates to a mechanical or workmanship defect. (Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”).
  • Shipping Information: Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable.

Please provide the required information so that we can swiftly review your warranty case and respond as quickly as possible.

What is the faucet mounting hole size? Will it fit my countertop?

Most of our faucets use a standard universal hole size (typically adjustable between 3.9 to 4.7 inches), which fits the vast majority of sinks and countertops. Please check the installation drawing on the product page for exact dimensions.

Does the shower head require high water pressure? Will it work for low water pressure homes?

Our shower systems work best with water pressure between 7-70 PSI. Most products feature air-injection technology that maintains a comfortable flow even with lower water pressure.

Will stainless steel faucets rust? Do they show fingerprints and water spots easily?

304 stainless steel faucets will not rust under normal use. Our brushed finish is resistant to fingerprints and water spots. Simply wipe with a soft cloth for routine cleaning.
