Can I install this shower system by myself as a DIY project?

While a comprehensive, step-by-step installation guide (available as a downloadable PDF on our page) and all standard mounting hardware are provided, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed professional plumber for the initial rough-in wall installation to ensure perfect alignment and zero leaking risks.

What materials are used, and will the finish rust or corrode over time?

The entire system is built with commercial-grade materials: SUS304 Stainless Steel for the 10" rain head and faceplate, and Solid Brass for the valve body and shower holder. The advanced multi-layer finish passes rigorous salt-spray tests to ensure it remains rust-free, anti-fingerprint, and tarnish-resistant for years.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Looks fantastic. There is a small branded logo on the dial which takes away from the sleek simplistic look but its worth it for the price.

Make sure you order drain piece also!!!

The handle is damaged. The manifold is already installed so hoping to get a replacement handleUpdate: I have updated this to a 4 because the seller got back to me quickly and is sending us a new handle.

Easy install

I love that I can use the rain shower or hand held or both. I can tilt both of them to any angle that I like. Love this shower system!

Hot Cold handles are reverse

When my husband and I redid our master bathroom recently one of the things he specifically requested was a rain shower head in our shower. This is the one we settled on. We're both pleased with how it turned out. We left our shower open, no glass, so we mostly use the rain head, it has fantastic water pressure, but I have long, thick hair and I use the hand shower to rinse it. The setup is easy to use, it's easy to adjust the temperature and pressure of the water and switching between the shower heads is a simple turn of a knob. It looks fantastic in my bathroom.

Very beautiful faucet!

These turned out great. So full discloser, I did not hook this up myself. Our contractor hooked everything up. It seemed like he put it together really quickly. It's nice being able to change the settings. You can have everything running at once, or you can have everything running separately. If you like this style I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Very beautiful faucet!

I am changing my review to 4 stars. The company reached out and provided a new part that resolved our issue. The on/off works perfectly now. I would encourage the company to provide a replacement part faster for the next customer but we now love the shower faucet set.Issue is now resolved to my satisfaction.**The off on handle does not work correctly. It won't turn off. We had to add a temporary valve to be able to turn off and on. Contacted company but no help. Two different plumbers tried to resolve issue and advised it is product issue and not the installation.

nice looking

Hand held shower head keeps falling off. Magnets may not be strong enough

Nice fixture works fine

My installer was initially skeptical of this unit because it was not a name brand (delta, Kohler, etc). However, he took a look at the valve and thought that it was of solid build quality.Been using the shower system for about 4 months and it has been great. Bonus points for the simultaneous handheld and showerhead functionality.

Good Quality Product

Good value for the money and looks great!

Simply beautiful!

Looks great and is great for the price. The waterflow is amazingly good. I am enjoying it.

Nice Addition to the Laundry Room

Super great set for my bathroom remodel!

Good

This product looks good and it was easy to install. It was missing a t part as my plumber described it.It should have a bit more pressure but looks really good and elegant.
